A nostalgic, sweet-and-sour masterpiece made with unrefined jaggery.
THE STORY & CRAFT
Most sweet pickles rely on highly processed white sugar. We don't. Gudamma is a seasonal farm staple made by pairing our tart, estate-grown raw mangoes with dark, unrefined jaggery (gur). The women of our Parsada collective simmer this mix over a gentle heat, letting the natural sugars slowly caramelize alongside whole fennel and cumin seeds. It tastes exactly like the sweet-and-sour pickles our grandmothers used to make.

Rich, molasses-like sweetness balanced by the sharp, sour kick of raw mango and a soothing, warm spiced finish.

We offer free returns within 30 days. All you have to do is fill out the return slip that you received in your package and stick the prepaid label on the package.Please note that it can take 2 weeks for us to process your return. We will do our best to complete this process as soon as possible.
